Adam has 15 years’ experience in management and human capital consulting and leads the Australian Employee Insights team. Adam’s work focuses on helping clients to define and develop the culture that will support their business strategy. He has deep experience working with senior executives to help them understand and drive change in engagement and culture. In addition to his engagement and culture work, Adam has experience delivering a range of solutions to assist clients, including in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, aligning talent management and rewards to culture, implementing job levelling and the development of employee value propositions.
